interview, bathroom + scrabble

Good Morning Everyone! :)

So this post was supposed to be up yesterday, but it got to 10 o'clock last night and I just really wasn't in the mood to blog. Yesterday was quite a busy day for me, I had an important interview, hence the smartly dressed Sophie in the picture below..

Then I came home and was absolutely shattered so had a little 40 winks hehe! I'd been up super early because the past few days we have had decorators in our bathroom, and they arrive at like 8 in the morning :( so I've been having to get up and shower far too early, eek!

This is the progress on our bathroom so far however, I think it looks stunning. Me and my mum are freaks and are both so excited to put all the final touches in, like the towels, vases, candles and whatnot. Fun, fun, fun! Isn't the wall panelling amazing? I love our house because its from the Victorian Period, over 100 years old! So it has plenty of character :)

Then after some sleep my mum and I sat down to play scrabble, we LOVE it! It's such a fun game, and really gets your brain working, we even have a scrabble dictionary because we're geeks like that! I must admit I'm not the best at the game, but yesterday I did manage to get 48 points on the word 'Quilt' How good was that!? I was very proud of myself :D

So now I'm just finishing painting my nails, and then I'm going to shower and get ready for today.. which is friday, yippeee! Tonight I'm heading through to Glasgow to celebrate my Brother's Girlfriends birthday, so that should be good fun! I hope you all have a wonderful Friday and get upto something nice.
