an evening of cosy PJs and marie antoinette

Hello my lovelies!
So right now its half past 9 in the evening, and I'm relaxing in bed recovering from my feast of a tea which really was far too much! I definately need to cut down on my portion size.
Anyway todays pictures aren't really all that interesting but tomorrow will be a post on my JANUARY FAVIES :D. I filmed my video today, edited it all, and started saving it.. was absolutely GUTTED when my laptop froze halfway through :( I lost all the edit work I had put in and knew I'd have to wait till tomorrow to put the video up because there was NO way I was editing again today! So watch out for my 'January Favourites' video tomorrow at www.youtube.com/sophiekinnzz and check back for my blog post!

Todays trousers literally consisted of Jim Jams for the full day! I put a top on to film my video earlier but stayed in these bad boys all day :). How comfy do those slippers look!? They are amaazing! I'm never without them wandering about the house.

A 5'oclock cup of tea to warm me up! :) I've realised recently my favourite cup of tea of the day is definately my morning cup! I sat down and drank this while watching..

MARIE ANTOINETTE! Which was an awesome film. I absolutely loved the costumes, bright colours, her personality, the filming style, all the luxury items she devoured herself in. I really was gripped from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend picking it up! Obviously only snippets of it portray the life of Marie Antoinette, in it Kirsten Dunst has an American accent to make it more relatable to todays generation. I think how it was done, however, was fantastic!

So now I need to go and wash some dishes, don't you hate it when it gets to that time of the night :( booo!
Until tomorrow.

Lots of love Sophie xoxo

a lovely little outfit

Hello Everyone! :)
So I've finally found some time to get back to my blogging.. which I really missed over the past few days! I had a very busy weekend and was away for the full time, so had no access to the internet nor any time to take blog pica-tures. However, I'm back into a routine now and looking forward to making this an almost daily thing again! :D So yeah, this weekend I was down in Wolverhampton in England, watching my friend compete in whats called 'The Tough Guy Challenge'. It basically involves what it says on the tin, being almighty tough! He had to run through fire, climb vigorous assault courses and swim through rivers at freezing temperatures, seen as it is winter in the UK! However he had a great time, and completed it recieving his awesome looking medal! Anyway onto the pictures...

This is an outfit from Friday of last week which I never got up over the weekend. I love the simplicity of it. My Urban Outfitters top which is lose and flowy, exactly how I wanted it, and some higher waisted skinny jeans without any pocket detail as not to over-fuss the outfit! Tuck in the top and we're good to go :D

Another thing I have been loving a lot recently.. my 'Natural Collection Body Spray' in Vanilla. Its a fantastic all over spray to keep you smelling fresh and spring like! Seen as we are willing on the spring months now.. its time for some warmer weather! It has great staying power and retails at only £1.99!! Get yourself to boots people! Plus it comes in many other smells.

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I'm currently relaxing in my cosy bed, watching youtube videos and drinking tea, perfect! I needed a relaxing day today after a tough weekend on my body, literally no sleep saturday night causing me to be absolutely ZONKED last night! :( However hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on track and feeling much recovered!

Till next time.
Lots of Love Sophie xoxo

all things hair

Hello lovelies! :)
So todays post is going to be on my hair. This morning I showered, did my makeup as usual and blow dried my hair. Normally when I get to that stage I'll think right sophie 'straight or curly' however this morning I though PONYTAIL! I think us girls love our long luscious locks but just sometimes they do get a bit tiring.. the thought of your hair falling in your face all day, the wind sticking it to your lipgloss, and the way it can look after a half hour walk in the wind/rain/hail. Its sometimes nice just to throw it up and go with it and today I did exactly that!
So this was the ponytail look I went for today, chic and simple and literally takes a few seconds! I like my ponytail nice and high and not perfectly scraped. I like it to have bits of texture and for it to look natural from the front. I do have fringe pieces but with my ponytail high enough I was able to incorporate them into the look, I think this leaves the style more polished!

After throwing my hair up I sat down and tucked into this delicous lunch. Isn't it colourful!? I absolutely love wholemeal pitta with any kind of filling, at the moment, and this one was AMAZEBALLS!

Finally a picture of where I am sitting right now. I love to light a candle and sit down to write my blog posts! I adore doing them and even if they are not read by as many as I would like, it's something I can look back at in 5 years time and think 'Wow that was how my life looked back then'. Its great to have memories that you can look at throughout your life because we all know how quickly the days go..

Until tomorrow, have a wonderful wednesday evening! :)

Lots of love Sophie xoxo

outfit + lunch bar

Hello everyone! :)
So todays post is going to be a quick one because I managed to spend 3 HOURS filming and editing a fashion video today, eek! However I love it and cannot wait to share it with you all tomorrow so be sure to check it out at www.youtube.com/sophiekinnzz
Above was my outfit for today, a really casual one as I stayed inside all day. Isn't that bowie top AMAZING!? I would marry David Bowie if I could.. he's a babe!

For my lunch I had my usual Feta Cheese Pita concoction, which I featured in one of my first blog posts. It was delicious! For afters I had one of my favourite snacks ever, the 'nakd lunch bars' are what I call them :). Now do not be fooled it looks disgusting, however it tastes to die for! Its wheat, gluten and dairy free so full of natural ingredients and just feels so healthy to eat. I love having one of these after my lunch!

Have a lovely Tuesday evening everyone!

Lots of love Sophie xoxo

an eventful day

Hello lovelies! :)
So today I had quite an eventful day, I took a nice long walk and headed to the shops for some essentials! (Well, kinda... :P) I did actually visit Morrisons to get some Wholemeal Pita Bread and Cheerios, but I guess everything else wasn't required. Anyway, I thought I'd share my snaps. Enjoy! :)

This was my outfit for today.. a black fitted bodycon skirt, worn with thick cosey grey tights and brown chelsea style boots. Finished off with a thick, warm coat and a snood! I had to make sure I was all wrapped up for my walk :).
A path leading to the graveyard that I passed through on my walk, it was so beautiful with all the bare lined trees I just had to snap a picture!

So there were my unessential items that I purchased, however they've made me a very happy Sophie for today! :D Its crazy because this morning I was actually looking on Ebay/Amazon for a small makeup holder to sit on my vanity and I was ready to order one at £15!! Then I visited a store called 'Home Bargains' to pick up my makeup wipes, and what did I find.. that exact makeup holder! However this one was £1.99!! AMAZING.

Then moving onto the makeup.. I went to boots first of all and picked up two Natural Collection Lipsticks in the shades Rose Bud and Coral Shimmer. They are stunning lipsticks to add to my collection and amazing for £1.99 each! I also purchased a No7 Lipliner with my £5 off voucher, so it only cost me £2.50! and is a lovely light red shade :) faaaantastico! Finally I hit superdrug and picked up some MUA (MakeUpAcademy) products. I snapped up 2 eyeliner pencils, a white and a brown for £1 EACH! They seem to have a lovely creamy formula and I cannot wait to try out some looks with them. Then I saw this mosaic blush and immediately had to have it for £2.50, isn't it to die for!? Finally, I snatched up another Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara because I ADORE it, wanted one for back-up and it was still only A FIVER! A Succesful little shop if I do say so myself.

Tonight is a night filled with work to be done, candles to create a relaxing atmosphere in my room, and some late night book reading! I hope your Monday is going well.

Lots of love Sophie xoxo

starter makeup kit

Hello lovely people! :)
So it is currently half past 6 on Sunday Evening and I'm just back from a visit to my gran and grampas who live on a Farm near where we stay. It was a lovely afternoon we had tea and biscuits and I lay around playing with the sheepdog Jess, she is BEAUTIFUL. I remember when they got her and she was a wee pup! Next week Ill snap a little photo of her for you all. Anyway.. earlier on today I filmed my 'Starter Makeup Kit' video and basically once I finished filming that I took some pictures of the products to put on my blog. I categorised them into Face, Eye and Tools. Lets get started!

So these are the face products I recomend when first starting out with makeup. I have tried many drugstore products over the past couple of years since I have become more and more interested, and my job has funded my lifestyle! hehe. However these are the products I ALWAYS come back to!
  1. Olay Beauty Fluid > £5ish. A great, non greasy, nice smelling moisturiser!
  2. Revlon Photoready Foundation, in the shade Nude > £9.99. This is AMAZING had always been a favourite of mine. Gives a medium coverage and has shimmer however this is not noticable when it is on your face! Set with a good powder it stays on all day long! Worth the money, a definate to try out.
  3. Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealor > £4.50ish. This is an amazing, full coverage concealor.. great for hiding my spots and blemishes, as I have MANY! Very workable into the skin and stays in place.
  4. Mac Mineralize Skin Finish Natural in Medium > £19.50. Definately a pricier product to buy if you are building a starter kit however it is a long lasting one (I have had this for 4 or 5 months!) It is a fantastic natural looking powder but will set your foundation/concealor and keep it on ALL DAY! Plus give you a lovely glow.
  5. Sleek Face Contour Kit > £6.50ish. A fantastic contour duo! Has a lovely bronzer for placing in those cheekbones and a beautiful shimmer highlight! Wonderful, resonably priced product.
  6. Natural Collection Blusher in Pink Cloud > £1.99!! Amazing and the most value worthy product in My Starter Kit When placed on a great base (foundation, concealor, powder) this will stay in place all day, gives great pigmentation and is an absolutely beautiful colour! I have yet to find a blush colour I love as much.

There are the eye products I would have in my starter kit. And YES I have included the very pricey Naked Palette! But when given as a gift for birthday/exam results/christmas it is a fantastic neutral palette and all you need! Plus it comes with a mini Primer Potion and a brush, how can we resist ;)

  1. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion > £14ish (for full size). A fantastic eyeshadow base. Without it my eyeshadows crease and does not last nearly as long. A MUST in my makeup kit!!
  2. Urban Decay Naked Palette > £39.50. An amazing selection of eyeshadows, you really do have one of everything you need! From 2 beautiful highlight colours through to dark, shimmery nightime shades. It is very resonably priced considering each eyeshadow, for a 1.3g product, works out at around 2.50 EACH! Amazing for such high quality, I would not be without.
  3. Rimmel Exagerate Liquid Liner > £5ish. Brilliant liquid liner to start of with, you can practise many different liner looks with it, thick and thin, and it is very affordable!
  4. MUA Clear Mascara > £1!!! A basic for taming those brows ladies ;)
  5. Maybelline Great Lash Mascara > £4.99. A fantastic starter mascara with a small wand, perfect for getting in the corners which are not as easy to reach!

Finally are the tools I would recomend for a Starter Makeup Kit. All pretty basic but essential to apply your makeup! Oh and theres a little lipstick in there because it had nowhere else to go.. ;)

  1. 17 Lipstick in Beehive > £4.49. A lovely, very moisturising, glide on lipstick as a perfect price! The right lipstick for you if you are starting out and cannot afford to buy a gloss also as it is basically a 2 in 1, packs on the colour but has a wonderful glossy finish!
  2. Fearne Cotton Blusher/Contour Brush > A two in one brush, a perfect starter brush and was well used by me before I purchased my Mac brushes. Does the job.
  3. Body Collection Flat Shadow Brush > Great for packing on the colour, available from Savers stores in the UK at an amazing price of £1.95!
  4. Revlon Blending Brush > £7ish. Fantastic for smudging colour in the crease, lovely long handle and very affordable! A must have in my Brush Collection.
  5. Powder Puff 3 Pack > £2.49. What, at the moment, I am using to apply my MMSF (Powder) A must have and I recomend this to all out there instead of a Powder Brush!
So yeah, this is everything I would recomend if you are just starting out and have no idea what to buy!
These are all well used products in my collection, and mostly very affordable!

Get them bought. See you next timeeee :)

42 questions on all things beauty!

Hello Everyone! :)

This is officially my second post for the day, I'm just in a complete blogging mood!
So I was reading beautybyroisins blog which is awesome, you should check it out at http://www.beautybyroisin2.blogspot.com/ She had a '40 beauty questions' post which was a great read. It had great questions that im definately in the mood to answer and I thought what the heck lets post for a second time today... :P
So here it is!

-How many times do you wash your face daily? I wash my face twice throughout the day - first when I wake up before my shower and late at night in time for bed :).
-What skin type do you have? (dry, oily, combo)  I have a mixture between oily and combination.
-What is your current facial wash? My Liz Earle Hot Cloth and Cleanse.
-Do you exfoliate? Hmmm.. no? :/
-What brand do you use?  For a couple of weeks now I have been using Liz Earle and I highly recommend it, its amazing! It does the job perfectly, leaving you with squeaky clean skin (however it is moisturising!) and my skin has a new found glow on a day-to-day basis.. LOVE IT!
-What moisturizer do you use? Olay Beauty Fluid
-Do you have freckles? I do not.
-Do you use eye cream? Not yet, no.
-Do you or did you have acne prone skin? I have had acne prone skin since I was about 15.. it'd not nearly as bad now as it was back then but I do still have break outs on a day to day basis sadly :( that is why I love experimenting with different foundations to hide any blemishes!
-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ? what sorry? Aha.
-What foundation do you use? I alternate between expensive and drugstore foundations. At the moment Revlon Photoready throughout the day and Laura Mercier Silk Creme on nights out!
-How about concealer? At the moment I am loving my Benefit Erase Paste, however I am a loyal user of Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection, it has great coverage for a concealor!
-Do you know your undertone color? I'm not certain but the lady at the Mac counter told me I was a bit of both warm and cool!
-What do you think of fake eyelashes? Lovely they add such drama to a look, but are bloody tricky to put on!
-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months? I sure do but don't neccesarily agree with it.
-What brand of mascara do you use? Currently at the moment I am LOVING Revlon's Grow Luscious.. it has a fantastic thick wand!
-Sephora or MAC? MAC because sadly we do not have a sephora in the UK :( but I love visiting it abroad!
-Do you have a MAC Pro-card? I do not.
-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? I do, currently at the moment I am using Urban Decay Primer Potion but I would love to try out Two Faced Shadow Insurance.
-For the face? Yes, my Benefit pore-fessional!
-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)? Without a doubt Mac's Satin Taupe.
-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? Liquid occasionally but mostly Maybellines Dramatic Gel Liner.
-Do you use mineral makeup? I am not at the moment, no.
-What is your favorite lipstick? Probably Revlon's Colourbust in 075 Peach
-How about lipgloss? Revlon again!

-What is your favorite blush to use? I adore my Natural Collection blush in Pink Cloud
-Do you buy your makeup on ebay? I've bought an OPI nail varnish from ebay before and I'm eyeing up a sigma contouring brush from there at the moment!

-What makeup tools do you use in make up application? I use brushes, sometimes my hands.. is that a tool? hehe. Also a powder puff to apply my MMSF as it gives a much better finish than a brush!
-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil? Every now and then when I am applying pencil to my water line, it normally knocks my contact out BOO! :(

-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows? I have never really tried them tbh, but somehow they don't appeal to me much at the moment.

-Do you like drugstore makeup? LOVE IT, that is all.
-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets) I think that is an American thing? So no.

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? No, I love experimenting with makeup as a hobbie but its not something I'd be interested in for a career.
-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup? Aren't we all at times? hehe.
-Name a makeup crime that you hate? Lines of blusher and false eyelashes that LOOK FALSE

-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow) or neutral ones? I prefer neautral eyeshadows but I do love a bright lipstick! I hate wearing nude lipsticks they wash me out.
-Which celebrity always has great make up? Nicola Roberts or Cheryl Cole, both from 'Girls Aloud'
-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item, what would you use? MASCARA

-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? Potentially, yes. However I'd feel really self-conscious about my skin :(.
-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on? I look alright!

-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line? For a drugstore makeup line Revlon or Bourjois. High end Mac because it is quite an affordable high end brand, with lots of choice! Plus Laura Mercier because I love their face products.
-What do you think of Makeup? Its AWESOME! As sad as it sounds the best part of my day can often be putting my makeup on because it's so fun :) Cumon girls I know you feel the same!!

I hope you have all enjoyed, be sure to comment and let me know what you think :)

So that is all for this evening, Goodnight for now :) I am off to enjoy a relaxing bath and delve into my current book obsession at the moment.. Dear John!

delicious food and scrabble by the fire

Hello Everyone! :)
Todays post consists of a few pictures of how I spent my Friday night.
I was invited to my brother and girlfriends flat for a meal, so headed on the train through to Glasgow!
It was absolutely delicious, Ola (my brothers girlfriend) put on a lovely spread. After our dinner we relaxed in their comfortable living room and played a game of scrabble which made for a lovely evening.
Anyway, here are some pictures..

Here is a picture of my brother Jack and I. This was after munching our starter of Melon and Parma-ham and while we were waiting for our main course! I've really been enjoying wearing my hair in that braided style, pinned to the side :)

This was our delicious main. Ola made a Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Caneloni Bake from the trusted Jamie Oliver Magazine, hehe! :) It was so lovely I pinched the recipe and plan to recreate it myself some time!

These are some pictures of Jack and Ola's Flat, its gorgeously decorated! Very unique, retro and stylish. The furniture was already in the flat when they arrived so all they needed to do was add their own little touches to make it feel homely, and they did exactly that! I love the book/CD shelf in the living room, it's such a feature piece of furniture. And the retro 70s wall fire is just AMAZING! It is definately my favourite feature of the flat and gives off such a warm heat, its just perfect!

Finally, a picture from today! This is my cosey lounging around outfit :) My mum purchased this pyjama fleece from M&S at christmas time and I absolutely ADORE it. It is the warmest most comfortable bed hoodie ever! If I'm ever cold as soon as I put this on I feel instantly warm, I would really recomend it.

So today is a Saturday full of lounging and relaxing, whilst getting some work done at the same time. Lots to do so I best get on!

Lots of love Sophie xoxo

a random compilation

Hey lovely people! :)
Today I've got a few little pictures to share with you all!
First of all are a few goodies I picked up yesterday when I hit the shops.. AGAIN
Someone seriously needs to band me from every shop, in the world.
I guess that wouldn't be much fun though would it? :P

So first of all are these gorgeous chealsea style boots from the Next clearance store..
Aren't they BEAUTIFUL!? I fell in love as soon as I saw them! I picked them up expecting to find a price like £35 but no.. £21!! I just had to have them even though ive been trying not to spend money recently.. because I really do spend it like it goes out of fashion! However I had been needing ankle boots, practical for wearing on a day-to-day basis and these were perfect. They had a black pair also, I had to force myself not to buy them! :(

Then onto a little Benefit set I bought...
So Id been eyeing the 'pore-fessional' up for a while and seen as it was such a good buy and something I was ultimately going to purchase in the future I decided to buy it now! Because at the moment (at certain Benefit counters only) you can buy the full size product with a small erase paste and girl meets pearl primer, for the SAME PRICE... AMAZEBALLS! The set came to £23.50 which is the normal retail price of Pore-fessional. Now I cannot complain with that.

Now onto something I've been adoring recently which is braiding both sides of my hair and pinning with small little flower clips, the clips from my last post actually! Isn't it such a feminine look? Just curl the bottom parts of your hair and your good to go! :)

Finally, a little outfit picture. This evening I'm heading to Glasgow to visit my brother and his girlfriend and have a meal at their flat, I cannot wait! So this is the outfit I've paired together which of course I will be wearing with my new babies.. my Next chelsea style boots!

I hope you all have a fantastic weekend, make Friday evening a GREAT one!
Lots of love Sophie xoxo

Little bit of shopping!

Hello my lovelies! :)
So I didn't plan on it but today I actually popped to our local shopping centre and had lunch and a little wander with my friend. It was a lovely afternoon! (I arrived quite late because I spent the morning in bed, hehe :p) We first of all headed to nandoos and had a nummy linner, lunch + dinner. I had the Chicken Breast Wrap with Peri Peri chips and Creamy Mash.. it was delish! mmm I LOVE NANDOS! Then we did some shopping! I didn't buy much but just thought I'd share with you the few items I got..

First of all is this top I got from H&M which cost £7.99. I need a few more plain T-Shirts and loved the peace design on this one! Its a very flattering shape also, if not slightly short but i can wear it over a plain black tank top. :)

Also from H&M I purchased these tiny little flower clips! Aren't they adorable!? :) I pin my front layers to the side quite a lot so it'll be nice to use these clips rather than just bobby pins, as they are much prettier! They were £2.99.

Of course who can resist a trip to LUSH!? Certainly not Sophie that's for sure! I only picked up a few items because my collection keeps growing and growing, and really is full enough at the moment!

The Snow Fairy Bubble Wand from the christmas collection (I have no clue what is is actually called!) was still kicking about and I've been wanting to purchase it for a while, so today I went ahead and snapped it up. It smells devine and apparently you can get up to 9 uses, depending on how generous you are with the bubbles.. FANTASTIC!

I then picked up a Bath Bomb, which retails at £2.99. Its a new release called Dorothy and is a perfect HEAVENLY scent! The lady warned me, however, not to place the rainbow in the bath with the blue part because it turns your water black!! But she demonstrated the blue part on its own and its a beautiful ocean-like colour. I cannot wait to try it out myself!

She was also kind enough to give me a sample of a skin scrub but what did Sophie do, leave it behind on a counter after getting distracted by all the lush goodies! Silly silly me..

That is all.
Speak to you soon my lovelies!
Lots of love Sophie xoxo

OUTFIT OF THE DAY!

Hey my lovelies :)
Time for a little 'outfit of the day' post.. hopefully my first of many!
I wore this today to my Grampa's 85th birthday party, it was a lovely celebration and so nice to see him reach such a grand age! :D
We had a lovely family day.
Anyway I'll stop blabbering and let you view the outfit...

So excuse the dirty looking mirror! But this was what I wore.. quite a simple outfit but elegant and classic.
A plain black top from H&M, which was £9.99. A black cardigan from Zara which was £19.99 and the Trousers/Jeans which were also from Zara for £29.99! :) I ADORE Zara <3
How cute is the key necklace!? Twice today at the party was I asked if I carried my keys around on my neck or if it was decoration hehe! I can only assume they were joking as the keys are almost medieval looking!

Of course I had to have a smiley smiley photo! I filmed an Outfit of The Day and the Makeup I was wearing today in a video which can be found on youtube at www.youtube.com/sophiekinnzz so feel free to check that out as it is currently uploading! :)

And finally I couldn't not include my babies from Asos.com by the brand London Rebel. I got these after I saw them in Anna Saconne's haul video as I ADORED them and pretty much fell in LOVE! :)

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and got up to lots of nice things!
See you in my next post friends :).
Lots of love Sophie xoxo

Saturday 14 January 2012

Time for a bath!

Good evening lovelies!
So today is Saturday and I was having a reeeeally lazy day...
It got to about 3 o'clock and I decided to have a lovely lazy bath and read some of my latest book!

Doesn't that look like a gorgeous tub to you!?!? I added my lush comforter bubble bar, which gives an awesome amount of bub-bub-bublies :D it leaves the water a glorious pink and it smells of delicious berries! I never even thought to take a photo of my last chunk of it before I plonked it in the water, I'm sorry!

And this is the novel I'm currently reading at the moment. 'The Last Song' by Nicholas Spark which is a great easy read! Its a romance novel as you can tell by the line 'do you ever really forget your first heartbreak?' Its kind of strange because the picture on the front is NOT how I imagine Ronnie (the main character in the novel) AT ALL! She is described in the novel as a gothic type of girl, well rebellious at least.. and nowhere near like the girl on the cover! Maybe her character develops in the novel to a more mature, grown up lady we shall see :). Anyway I got this novel from the library along with another famous book by Nicholas Spark called 'Dear John'. I'm really loving taking advantage of such a free, awesome service!

Get to the library everyone ;)
Lots of love Sophie xoxo

lunch is the best part of the day

Hello lovely ladies and gentleman! :)
Today I have a little foodie post for you all, as I whipped up some lunch and decided it looked, well, AWESOME! Almost good enough to eat.. haha I know I'm funny right!?
So anyway its a really quick and easy lucheon and its deeelicious!
See for yourself...

So basically you get a wholemeal pitta bread, mines were from morrisons, 6 in a pack for 55p so cheap! Then I cut up my reduced fat greek cheese (nom nom) and placed this inside along with peppers, tomatoes and cucumber! Finish of with some black pepper and its the perfect filling lunch :D.

And a little chocolate afters to satisfy my sweet tooth! Isn't this guy cute!? I wish the crumbs hadn't have been all over his nose he'd have looked WAY better! But look at the packet, it gives you calories 'Per Lamb' how adorable!! He was yummylicious :).

And it wouldn't be lunch without a little browse on the laptop. Todays I ate mine while reading Anna Saccone 'The Style Diet's most recent blog post, fabulous as ever I adore her blog!

Speak to you all soon my friends.
Lots of love  Sophie xoxo
